CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Preesha Clothing, we're committed to providing products that meet or exceed your expectations. We hope you're always satisfied with your wholesale orders and won't need to refer to our Refund and Exchange Policy. However, in the rare event that you do need to make a return or exchange, we've outlined our policy for your convenience.
For All Order (Domestic and International):
1. Contact us at [email protected] or call at +918368377281 to initiate your Return/Exchange request.
2. We accept return/exchange requests under the following conditions:
- Wrong product(s) delivered.
- Missing items.
- Defected Products
- Manufacturing Issues
4. Please ensure that the products is unused and the tags are intact for a return or exchange. Our team may request additional information /images to assess your Return Request.
5. Your Amount will be adjusted in your next order once the product are receive at our wearhouse.
6. Import duties, taxes, local shipping and handling costs, and brokeragefees are the buyer's responsibilities and won't be reimbursed in the case of return/exchanges.
7. For wholesale orders, the customer (retailer) is responsible for return logistics and shipment charges. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
8. Item returned to us without first requesting a Return/Exchange request will not be accepted.
9. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for lost packages or damaged shipments that you dispatch. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.
